The Project

Groupful helps you collect group greetings for birthdays and special occasions. After several user feedback sessions, we found that users often don’t know what to write. I designed an AI suggestions feature to provide inspirations based on user’s optional input and card context. Groupful was one of the many I worked on at PicCollage, and the rest are private due to NDA.

My Learnings

Acquired the skill to design an AI feature that caters to user needs, crafting personalized inspirations by creating an AI model based on user inputs and card context.
Learning to leverage data analytics and usability tests, I discovered the significance of using user behavior insights to optimize the AI model continually. This process ensures the AI suggestions evolve to better serve user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
Ultimately, I had a lot of joy creating something that was pushed to production.
